Maintenance Project This Weekend on Several Routes in Bradford County

Montoursville - Motorists in Bradford County are advised a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) contractor will be working along several roadways this weekend.

On Saturday, August 17, 2024 and Sunday, August 18, 2024, the contractor, Chase Enterprises, will be applying herbicide along the following roadways in Pike, Warren, Orwell, and Windham townships:

  • Route 1030: Woodland Lake Road (Pike and Warren Municipalities)
  • Route 1038: Warren Center Road (Warren Municipality)
  • Route 1032: Lake of Meadows Road (Warren Municipality)
  • Route 1047: Little Meadows Road and Jackson Valley Road (Warren Municipality)
  • Route 1049: Leraysville Road (Pike, Warren, and Windham Municipalities)
  • Route 1051: Gulf Road (Orwell and Warren Municipalities)
  • Route 1053: Sugar Cabin Road (Orwell and Warren Municipalities)
  • Route 1059: Irish Hill Road, Casterline Road, Painter Road (Warren Municipality)
  • Route 1079: Coburn Hill Road (Warren Municipality)
  • Route 1036: Orwell Hill Road (Orwell Municipality)
  • Route 1042: Captain Moore Road (Orwell and Windham Municipalities)

Motorists watch for single lane conditions with flagging or shoulder closures where work is being performed. Work will be performed during daylight hours.

Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution.
