Route 4031 Babcock Boulevard Improvement Work Resumes Monday in Allegheny County

Pittsburgh, PA - PennDOT District 11 is announcing roadway improvement work on Route 4031 (Babcock Boulevard) in McCandless, Pine, and Richland townships, Allegheny County will resume Monday, August 19 weather permitting.

Single-lane alternating traffic will occur from Cumberland Road to Valencia Road weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. through late October. Crews will conduct drainage improvement work.

Flaggers will assist motorists through the work zone.

Improvement work includes milling and paving, drainage upgrades, shoulder repairs, guide rail updates, pavement markings, and other various construction related activities.

The prime contractor is A. Folino Construction on this $5.53 million group paving project.
