8/16/2024 UPDATE: Produce Road (Route 2007) in Washington Township, Snyder County, is open to traffic.​

Montoursville, PA - Motorists are advised that a bridge replacement project begins next week on Route 2007 (Produce Road) in Washington Township, Snyder County.

On Monday, June 10, 2024, Produce Road will be closed between Inch Hill Road (T-452) and Flint Valley Road (T-385), while a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew begins removal of the bridge spanning a tributary to Middle Creek. Additional work includes, installation of a new box culvert, weatherproofing, approach work, and upgraded guide rail. Work on this project is anticipated to be completed by Friday, August 2, 2024, weather permitting.

A detour using Route 2010 (Neitz Valley Road), Route 2003 (Church Road), Route 2003 (South Road), and Route 35, will be in place for the duration of the project.

Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution.
