Charges Anticipated Following Friday's Fatal Crash On Ewing Drive

Charges are anticipated following last night's 6:40 p.m. crash on Ewing Drive at Gwynnwood Drive that killed a 46-year-old Nashville woman. The preliminary investigation indicates the 46-year-old was driving her Chevrolet Camaro eastbound on Ewing Drive when a southbound Infiniti QX6 on Gwynnwood Drive ran the stop sign and struck the driver's side of the Camaro.

The 46-year-old was transported to Skyline Medical Center where she died. Efforts are underway to notify her family.

The 36-year-old driver of the Infiniti and both of her juvenile passengers (ages 14 and 7) were all transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for their injuries.

There were no signs of impairment of part of either driver at the scene.

The investigation is continuing.
