Ontario County - The Victor Central School District, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 2023 Capital Improvement Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the following:

• Renovations to all school buildings and Operations Center.
• Cafeteria addition to the Intermediate School.
• Classroom and associated spaces addition to the Intermediate School.
• Cafeteria addition to the Junior High School.
• Classroom addition to the Junior/Senior High School.

The project is located 953 High Street in the Town of Victor, New York.
