On September 19, 2024, troopers from SP Canandaigua responded to a multi-car collision at the intersection of State Route 332 and County Route 41 in the town of Farmington.

A preliminary investigation revealed that a 2010 Toyota Prius operated by Julie A. Rackmyer, age 55, of Rochester, NY, was traveling southbound on State Route 332 in the right lane when it struck a 2017 Toyota Rav4, operated by Jeune Blovens, age 45, of Farmington, NY, which then struck a 2020 Audi, operated by Paul A. Brown, age 35, of Farmington, NY, and passenger Taylor L. West, age 26, of Alabama at the intersection of County Route 41. There were no injuries.

Rackmyer was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated: Previous Conviction within 10 years (E Felony), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st (E Felony), Operation While Registration is Suspended (Unclassified Misdemeanor) and traffic infractions. Rackmyer was taken to Ontario County Jail for CAP arraignment.
