Centennial's Livable Streets Program Wins Metro Vision Award!

Exciting news for the City of Centennial! Our Livable Streets Residential Collector and Right-Sizing Roadways Program has been honored as one of eight Metro Vision Award recipients. This prestigious recognition underscores our dedication to excellence, innovation, and collaboration in creating safer, more accessible streets for everyone.

Over the past two years, we've piloted and advanced this program, transforming residential collector roadways with features like pavement markings and pedestrian pushbutton-activated Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs). These enhancements are designed to calm traffic, increase comfort for all roadway users, and provide more travel options, all while maintaining safety and efficiency.
