CrimeStoppers: Attempted Kidnapping Suspect Wanted

News Release: CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are asking for the public's assistance in identifying a male who is wanted for an Attempted Kidnapping.

On Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at approximately 6:30 p.m., the 10 year old victim was at the intersection of Maunakapu Street/Honouliuli Street when an unknown male suspect attempted to lure the victim into his vehicle. The victim was able to run away and notify his parents. The vehicle was last seen heading west on Maunakapu Street towards Kamailehope Street.
