CITY OF SEASIDE SEEKS PUBLIC INPUT ON COMMUNITY INVESTMENTS

Every five years, the City of Seaside compiles a consolidated plan document to identify community needs and priorities. The consolidated plan is a combination of data and community outreach that determines top housing needs, community development concerns, and gaps in supportive services for low- and moderate-income Seaside residents. The community needs assessment survey is a major component of the development of the City's 2025-29 Consolidated Plan. Results of the survey will guide the use of approximately $2.2 million in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development over the next five years (2025-2029).
