Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Monday, September 16, 2024, at 9:45 AM, Troopers arrested Roger Banegas Avila, age 28, of 27 Harvest Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South at Smithfield Avenue, in the City of Pawtucket. Banegas Avila was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Monday, September 16, 2024, at 10:37 AM, Troopers arrested Ericka Dzialo, age 45, of 119 Orchard Street, Cranston Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for a Pre-trial Conference on the charge of Willful Trespass originating out of the North Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue, in the City of Providence. Dzialo was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and then turned over to Third Division District Court.

On Monday, September 16, 2024, at 10:52 PM, Troopers arrested Kathleen Fortier, age 36, 310 Hawkins Street, Apartment 3L, Providence, Rhode Island, on an affidavit and arrest warrant for Receiving Stolen Goods originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hawkins Street, in the City of Providence. Fortier was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and then turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.

On Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at 2:57 AM, Troopers arrested Angie Martinez, age 38, of 91 Harford Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs with BAC .15 or Greater (Phase 1 BAC = .153, Phase 2 BAC = .159). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue, in the City of Providence. Martinez was processed at State Police Headquarters, arraigned, and released into the custody of a responsible adult pending a future court date.
