Scituate Barracks

On Friday, September 6th, 2024 at 10:25 AM, Troopers arrested Eric Martin, age 46, of 1580 West Shore Road, Warwick, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the charge of Shoplifting originating out of the Coventry Police Department. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal. The subject was transported to the State Police - Scituate Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to the Coventry Police Department.

On Friday, September 6th, 2024 at 12:30 PM, Troopers arrested Stephen Maclellan, age 26, of 58 River Street in North Attleboro, Massachusetts, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the Scituate Barracks for Leaving the Scene of an Accident / Damage to Attended vehicle. The arrest was the result of a Barracks Investigation by the Scituate Barracks, and the subject turning himself in at the State Police - Scituate Barracks. The subject was processed and then transported to Third Division District Court.

On Friday, September 6th, 2024 at 4:06 PM, Troopers arrested Milson Alvarez Reyes, age 38, of 62 Bayson Street, Fitchburg, Massachusetts, for 1) Identity Fraud - First Offense, 2) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty, and 3) Giving False Document to Public Official. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Academy Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Scituate Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future court date.

On Friday, September 6th, 2024 at 11:00 PM, Troopers arrested Luis Hernandez, age 36, of 480 East Avenue, Apartment 2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for Violation of a No Contact Order - Fourth Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Harris Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Scituate Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment, where he will be presented as a bail and probation violator.

On Saturday, September 7th, 2024 at 12:21 AM, Troopers arrested Erwin Jimenez Ramirez, age 20, of 177 Regent Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - B.A.C. Unknown - First Offense and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest resulted from a motor vehicle stop on Westminster Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Scituate Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
