Hope Valley Barracks

On Thursday, September 5th at 8:22 a.m., Troopers arrested Earl Stanton, age 57, of 45 Woodville Alton Road, Hopkinton, Rhode Island, for 1.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty, 2.) Resisting Arrest, 3.) Disorderly Conduct-Fighting/Tumultuous Behavior. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third District Court for arraignment.

On Thursday, September 5th at 9:50 p.m., Troopers arrested Diana Torres, age 34, of 4 Bishop Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC Unknown - First Offense, 2.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs - Child Passenger under 13 - First Offense, 3.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs - Child Passenger under 13 - First Offense, and 4.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Providence Street, in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police - Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
