President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan delivered a speech at a mass opening ceremony of public and private sector investments in Bitlis.

"Day by day, we see a fact more clearly; as the dark shadow of terrorism recedes from our eastern and southeastern provinces, the potential of our cities, which has been unutilized for years, is being revealed. Our provinces in the region have gained a very distinctive momentum, especially in tourism and investments," President Erdoğan said.
