Town of Austerlitz - Adoption of Comprehensive Plan

Negative Declaration

Columbia County - The Town of Austerlitz Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the Town of Austerlitz Comprehensive Plan in accordance with Section 272-a of Town Law. The Plan includes statements of goals and objectives for the orderly growth of the Town. Included in the Plan are demographic statistics, past and present land uses, public opinion surveys, and recommendations for the Town to use and/or adopt in order to reach the aforementioned goals and objectives. The project is located throughout the Town of Austerlitz, New York.
