Negative Declaration
Niagara County - The City of Niagara Falls Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 426 4th Street Rezone will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the rezoning of 426 4th Street (SBL: 159.37-1-8) from an R3-C to a D1-B in order to amalgamate the parcel with the adjacent tax parcels to the south. The parcel that is being proposed for rezone is already part of an existing parking lot. The parking lot consists of seven (7) tax parcels, including 426 4th Street. Upon successful rezone, 426 4th Street will match the zoning classification of the rest of the parcels in the existing parking lot. The project is located at 426 4th Street in the City of Niagara Falls, New York.
