Draft EIS and Public Comment Period

Niagara County - The Town of Niagara Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Bri-Estates Residential Subdivision. The Draft EIS is available at: Town of Niagara Town Hall and online at: www.townofniagara.com. A public comment period ends December 01, 2024.

The action involves a request by Double C Realty, LLC, to develop a single-family subdivision to be known as "Bri-Estates." The 40.4-acre parcel is zoned Residential R-1 and single-family homes are a permitted use in the R-1 zone. It is proposed to be subdivided into approximately 115 lots. The project is located North of Colonial Drive and West of Miller Road in the Town of Niagara, New York.
