Negative Declaration

Niagara County - The City of Niagara Falls Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Courtyard by Marriott Expansion will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an expansion of the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel consisting of a four-story, 84 room addition to the east side of the existing hotel structure. The project is located at 900 Buffalo Avenue in the City of Niagara Falls, New York.
