CFA Institute Global Conference Returns, Announcing CFA Institute LIVE 2025

In-person conference will take place in Chicago, Illinois, US on 4-7 May, 2025

CFA Institute, the global association of investment professionals, announces "CFA Institute LIVE 2025," a conference uniting investment professionals from around the world to hear from thought-leaders to explore the themes impacting the future of investing. This conference marks the 74th global annual conference hosted by CFA Institute and a return to in-person programming. The conference will be held from 4-7 May 2025 at the Hilton Chicago, Illinois.

The event will be co-hosted in partnership with CFA Society Chicago and is expected to attract more than 1,500 investment professionals from across the globe. In addition, there will be more than 80 thought-provoking speakers showcased on the agenda.

Several marquee speakers have already been announced including: Ajay Agrawal, Economist and Professor, University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management; Miha Pogacnik, leadership expert, violinist and visionary; and Peter Zeihan, geopolitical strategist.

For CFA Society Chicago, the conference is part of a full year of Centennial celebrations to mark the society's 100th anniversary in October 2025. As the first society of investment professionals, CFA Society Chicago will honor its Centennial year with a 12-month program of education, social events and professional learning.

In addition, the annual CFA Institute Global Research Challenge Finals will be held in Chicago in conjunction with the conference. The CFA Institute Research Challenge is an annual global competition that provides university students with hands-on mentoring and intensive training in financial analysis and professional ethics.
