Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Sunday, September 8, 2024, at 10:07 AM, Troopers arrested Todd K. Moore, age 33, of 139 Babcock Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Driving without a license/License Application Refused - 4th or subsequent offense originating out of the Cranston Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Prairie Avenue, in the City of Providence. Moore was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned, and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Sunday, September 8, 2024, at 11:53 AM, Troopers arrested Milton J. Thomas Jr., age 54, of 147 Harrison Street, Apartment #1, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Kent County Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear for Restitution Payment on the charge of First-Degree Robbery originating out of the North Providence Police Department and 2.) Kent County Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear for Restitution Payment on the charge of Arson - Fourth Degree originating out of the North Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Junction Street, in the City of Providence. Thomas was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.

On Sunday, September 8, 2024, at 10:54 AM, Troopers arrested Cristofer Sutuj Cavinal, age 43, of 42 Oak Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Driving under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - B.A.C. Unknown (Blood Results Pending) - First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Westminster Street, in the City of Providence. Sutuj Cavinal was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned, and released into the custody of a responsible adult pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Sunday, September 8, 2024, at 3:54 PM, Troopers arrested Matthew Fontaine, age 38, of 65 Depot Street, North Attleboro, Massachusetts, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Shoplifting originating out of the Cumberland Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Roosvelt Avenue, in the City of Central Falls. Fontaine was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and later transported to the Cumberland Police Department.

On Sunday, September 8, 2024, at 11:43 PM, Troopers arrested Malique R. Griffin, age 21, of 100 Veazie Street, Apartment 4, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Obstructing a Police Officer in the Execution of Duty, and 2.) Sixth Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for a Pre-Trail Conference on the charge of Domestic Violence - Simple Assault and/or Battery originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue, in the City of Providence. Griffin was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment/presentment as a probation/bail violator at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Monday, September 9, 2024, at 1:02 AM, Troopers arrested Xavier L. Barros, age 22, of 133 Coyle Avenue, Apartment 2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for Receiving Stolen Goods
