Supply Chain Expert Joins FTI Consulting’s Business Transformation Practice

Washington, D.C., Sept. 9, 2024 - FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of supply chain expert Alec Bounds as a Managing Director in the Business Transformation practice within the firm's Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment.

Mr. Bounds, who is based in Atlanta, has more than 25 years of experience providing supply chain and procurement transformation services to global businesses, governments and private equity portfolio companies. He has served in interim procurement leadership roles and has deep experience in supplier negotiations, cost transformation, supplier risk management, post-merger integration and indirect and direct category strategy.

In his role at FTI Consulting, Mr. Bounds will drive value creation for clients through external spend management, strategic sourcing, and procurement process improvement across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Bounds was a Senior Operating Director at Beckway, where he served in interim supply chain leadership roles and led client cost transformation engagements. Prior to that, he was the global Chief Procurement Officer for Mirion Technologies, a leader in radiation detection serving the utilities, defense and medical industries, where he focused on supply chain and procurement optimization.
