The firearm was later determined to be a Smith and Wesson Revolver.

The 14-year-old Juvenile Male was placed under arrest and charged with Delinquent to wit; Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. The juvenile was also issued a City Ordinance Violation for Possession of Marijuana Under 21 Years Old.

The 15-year-old Juvenile was arrested for four outstanding warrants issued out of Suffolk County Juvenile Court. The warrants were for Delinquent to wit; Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, Two Counts of Delinquent to wit; Assault and Battery, and Delinquent to wit; Breaking and Entering into a Motor Vehicle in the Night.

During a search of the 15-year-old juvenile, officers also recovered two live rounds of ammunition, and one spent shell casing. The juvenile male was then charged with Delinquent to wit; Unlawful Possession of Ammunition.

Both are expected to be arraigned in Dorchester Juvenile Court.
