Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Friday, August 16, 2024, at 11:15 AM, Troopers arrested Wardy Genao Batista, age 43, of 721 Main Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for Reckless Driving. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146, in the City of Providence. Genao Batista was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and later arraigned at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Friday, August 16, 2024, at 1:20 PM, Troopers arrested Christian Silva, age 22, of 325 Paradis Avenue, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the North Smithfield Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street, in the City of Pawtucket. Silva was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned at the Third Division District Court.

On Friday, August 16, 2024, at 10:30 PM, Troopers arrested Raymond Zinno, age 30, of 42 Shore Drive, Johnson, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Shoplifting (Three Counts) originating out of the Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146, in the City of Providence. Zinno was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and then turned over to the Warwick Police Department.

On Friday, August 16, 2024, at 11:36 PM, Troopers arrested Richard Robinson, age 32, of 79 McCabe Avenue, Apartment #1, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on the charge of Transportation of Stolen Property in Excess of $5,000.00 originating out of the Boston Massachusetts Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue, in the City of Providence. Robinson was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.

On Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 1:00 AM, Troopers arrested Taris Araujo, age 39, of 366 Village Road, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the charge of Shoplifting originating out of the North Smithfield Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Branch Avenue, in the City of Providence. Araujo was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.

On Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 1:25 AM, Troopers arrested Matthew Paquin, age 27, of 10 Craigie Avenue, Johnston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6, in the City of Providence. Paquin was processed at the B.A.T. Mobile and then misdemeanor released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 2:20 AM, Troopers arrested Andale Mitchell, age 36, of 3445 Holland Avenue, Apartment #7G, Bronx, New York, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street, in the City of Providence. Mitchell was processed at the B.A.T. Mobile and then misdemeanor released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.
