At 9:21 PM, Troopers arrested Michael McGovern, age 37, of 5 Sullivan Street, North Providence, Rhode Island on a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the charge of Prohibited Operation - Violation of "No Wake Zone", originating out of the Providence Police Department.
