The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Bright Rock Energy LLC (F032022, P0038797):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Bright Rock Energy LLC (CMP100658) to construct and operate a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Schultz PAD (F032022), consisting of the Schultz Federal 1114 34-73 M-DH, 1114 34-73 N-DH and John Peanut 1213 34-73 N-AH wells, with one common smokeless dual-tip flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks and truck loading, located in the SE1/4NE1/4 of Section 23, T34N, R73W, approximately fourteen (14) miles northwest of Douglas, in Converse County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F032022 and permit number P0038797 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk's Office, Douglas, Wyoming.

All comments received by 5:00 p.m., Friday, November 8, 2024 will be considered in the final determination on this application.
