Island Transit: Operations end at 3 p.m. Sunday

Island Transit rail service is suspended today and the rubber wheel trolleys on Seawall will end at 3 p.m. today. This is to give time to secure vehicles and give employees an opportunity to prep their homes for the storm. Earliest wind gusts of 40 mph are anticipated to begin at approximately 7 p.m.
