Greetings on the 80th anniversary of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations

This high state decoration is well deserved. MGIMO University has steadfastly secured its position among the world's foremost institutions for training foreign affairs professionals. For many decades, its alumni have formed the core of the national diplomatic service, serving both in the Central Office and in the foreign missions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, performing challenging duties with honour to safeguard the interests of our Motherland in the realm of foreign policy.

True professionalism is consistently evident among MGIMO graduates who excel across various fields, including government agencies, research, education, business, and the media. It is no coincidence that a diploma from this university is held in high esteem both domestically and internationally. This accolade is, undoubtedly, a testament to the invaluable contributions of the faculty, which has traditionally comprised eminent scholars and the finest representatives of the national higher education sector.
