Hope Valley Barracks

On Saturday, August 24th, 2024 at 3:45 PM, Troopers arrested Rosemarie Torres, age 33, 82 Woodland Road, Malden, Massachusetts for 1.) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates, 2.) Giving False Document to a Public Official. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of Richmond. Ms. Torres was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released.

On Saturday, August 24th, 2024 at 4:53 PM, Troopers arrested Joseph D. Ganz, age 19 of 82 Pond Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island on an affidavit arrest warrant for 1.) Reckless Driving- Eluding a Law Enforcement Officer- 1st Offense 2.) Obstructing A Police Officer in The Execution of Duty, 3.) Affidavit Arrest Warrant for Reckless Driving - Eluding Law Enforcement Officer - 1st Offense originating out of the Coventry Police Department. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation. Mr. Ganz was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace. Mr. Ganz was held as a bail and probation violator, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institute- Men's Intake Center.
