On October 29, 2024, shortly after 12:30 am, Boise Police responded to a call for service on the 7300 block of W. Ustick Rd. As officers were arriving on scene, they observed a male running south on Cole Rd. but as they approached him, he began running north toward the original call for service location. Officers made contact with the subject, Eliseo Torres, and learned he was involved in a physical altercation outside of a business on the 7300 block of W. Ustick Rd. He was later booked into the Ada County Jail on the listed charges, which include previous warrants from an unrelated incident.
