In line with the University of Wyoming's strategic plan, particularly objectives 2 (Pursue Institutional Excellence) and 3 (Provide a Supportive Community), President Ed Seidel sought applications for the role of special assistant to the president to enhance, elevate and coordinate the university's Freedom of Expression Initiative -- and invites campus partners to participate in the interview process.
UW faculty, staff and students are invited to engage with the finalist, Martha McCaughey, Friday, Dec. 13, from 9:30-10:15 a.m. in Room 321 of Old Main or via Zoom.
Campus partners are encouraged to submit their feedback on the finalist here by Tuesday, Dec. 17.
UW's Freedom of Expression Initiative aims to establish UW as a leader and to enhance its reputation locally, nationally and globally. This initiative promotes freedom of expression through both academic and nonacademic programming, including workshops, speaker series and panel discussions.
