This year marks Canada's 157th birthday, which is an impressive milestone for our nation.

Canada is full of diversity and rich history. Our reputation for being kind and welcoming has been well-earned and makes this country an ideal place to call home - for newcomers and current Canadians alike. Our beautiful scenery and friendly communities are as appealing as our delicious maple syrup and world-class poutine.

I am proud of the role New Brunswick has played in shaping our great nation and look forward to what the future holds. I wish all New Brunswickers a safe and happy Canada Day!
