Intervention Deadline Set in Confluence Rivers CCN Cases pr 25 04

Confluence Rivers Utility Operating Company, Inc. (Confluence Rivers) has filed an application with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking a certificate of convenience and necessity (CCN) to construct, install, own, operate, maintain, control and manage, a water system and a sewer system in an area of Lincoln County, Missouri (the Creekside Development). The CCN would allow Confluence Rivers to extend its water and sewer service to this area from the adjacent Glenmeadows area, currently serviced by Confluence Rivers.

Applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than July 24, 2024, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission's Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at psc.mo.gov.

According to the application, Confluence Rivers provides water service to approximately 5,800 connections and sewer service to approximately 5,900 connections in Missouri.
