Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 4:50 PM, Troopers arrested Michael Mangiarelli, age 56, of 314 Princess Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island on charges of 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and or Drugs - BAC Unknown - 1st Offense; 2.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance less than 10 Grams; 3.) Leaving the Scene of Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle, and 4.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - 2nd Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 195 in the City of East Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

At 8:30 PM, Troopers arrested Raymond Nazzar Raosario, age 19, of 15 Tweed Street, Apt #15, Cranston, Rhode Island for a Superior Court Bench Warrant on the original charge of Passing of Counterfeit Certificate originating out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of investigating a motor vehicle accident on Route 6 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.

At 12:24 AM, Troopers arrested Cotey M. Vasconcellos, age 31, of 80 Oregon Avenue, North Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC Unknown - Third Offense; 2.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - When License Suspended for DUI; 3.) Driving After Suspension of License - Certain Violations - Third or Subsequent Offense; 4.) Driving After Suspension of License - Fourth or Subsequent Offense; and 5.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - Second Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Providence Place in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment as a probation/bail violator.

At 12:24 AM, Troopers arrested Anthony D. Mills, age 32, of 30 Whipple Street, Apartment 1, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance less than 10 Grams (Amphetamines). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Providence Place in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 1:25 AM, Troopers arrested Stiven Perez, age 31, of 29 Massie Avenue, Apt #2, Providence, Rhode Island for a Superior Court Bench Warrant on the original charge of Domestic Violence - Felony Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Massie Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution.

At 3:10 AM, Troopers arrested Damien Mcguy, age 45, 280 Sayles Street, Apt #1, Providence, Rhode Island on charges of 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs - 1st Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and held overnight as a Probation Violator.
