At 3:08 PM, Troopers arrested Juan Roman, age 42 of 287 Admiral Street, Providence, Rhode Island for a Sixth District Bench Warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the original charge of Driving with Expired License, originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Division of Motor Vehicles and taking the suspect into custody. The subject was processed at State Police Headquarters special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

At 12:55 AM, Troopers arrested Aracely Gomez Cante, age 30, of 10 Fletcher Street, Apt. # 5 Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - BAC Unknown - 1st Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 295 in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed and later arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

At 1:57 AM, Troopers arrested Erick A. Minaya, age 24, of 21 Darlingdale Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

At 2 :00 AM, Troopers arrested Pedro Ramos, age 34, of 13 Factory Street, Apt. # 4 Cumberland, Rhode Island on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant out of the Providence Police Department for one (1) Count of Vandalism and one (1) count of Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Manton Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and transported to the Providence Police Department.
