MADISON, N.J.,September 5, 2024 - Anywhere Real Estate Inc.(NYSE: HOUS), a global leader in residential real estate services, today announced that 26 of its affiliated agents have been recognized by the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) as part of its second annual Top 100 Awards.

This award recognizes the top-producing Black real estate professionals across the United States, which collectively accrued $4.7 billion in transactions in 2023. Agents affiliated with Anywhere brands, including Century 21®, Coldwell Banker Realty®, Corcoran®, ERA®, and Sotheby's International Realty®, were all represented on the list.

The list was formally unveiled as part of NAREB's 76thAnnual Convention event, held August 2 in New Orleans, La.

Real estate professionals were honored in several categories, such as Top Individual, Top Brokerage, Top Teams, and Top Community Impact. Honors extended specifically to Anywhere-affiliated agents included:

• 26 honorees were affiliated with Anywhere-owned brands, with Coldwell Banker having 11 agents, Corcoran having 2 agents, ERA having 2 agents, and Sotheby's International Realty having 11 agents represented.

• ERA Legacy Living & TWG Commercial Advisorsand CENTURY 21 Sandstone Real Estate Groupwere named Top Brokerages.

• Aderemi Adigun of CENTURY 21 Dawn Gold Realty and Lorenzo Murray of HUNT Real Estate, ERA were both named among NAREB's Top Teams for 2024.

• Kendra Taftof Coldwell Banker was recognized as a Top Community Impact leader.
