Washington, D.C. - With Election Day underway, U.S. Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock (D-GA) has launched a new, non-partisan web page dedicated to capturing the voices of Georgia voters by fielding firsthand voting stories that highlight what went right and what can be done better in future elections. The new Voter Story Portal allows Georgians to share their personal voting experiences in the 2024 general election-whether they found the process seamless, faced challenges, or simply want to share their experience.
"By sharing your voting experience, you're helping to build a more resilient democracy where our children, and our children's children, can continue to vote, volunteer, and even run for office in free and fair elections," said Senator Reverend Warnock. "Remember, your vote is your voice, and your voice is your human dignity-and your voice is just as important now as it is during election season."
Senator Warnock's new "Voter Story Portal", located on his official Senate website, seeks to gather insights directly from Georgians. Voters can submit firsthand accounts of their journey to the polls, helping to build a resilient democracy rooted in transparency and accessibility for all. The initiative reflects Senator Warnock's commitment to ensuring that every eligible Georgian's voice is valued and that each experience contributes to future free and fair elections.
The web page invites voters of all backgrounds-regardless of party affiliation or voting history-to participate. By sharing their stories, Georgians have the chance to support the ongoing fight for a secure, accessible voting system that will benefit generations to come.
This page is not intended to address individual voting challenges and issues; if someone is experiencing any issues with voting, they should contact their local election office at https://mvp.sos.ga.gov/s/county-election-offices.
