Pet Licensing Compliance Campaign

Pet owners are advised that starting July 16, Inland Valley Humane Society & S.P.C.A (IVHS) will be canvassing the community to check that dogs and cats are properly vaccinated and licensed.

As a reminder, all dogs and cats age 4 months and older must be licensed and vaccinated against rabies. The license fee for dogs is $30 if they are spayed or neutered or $100 if they are unaltered; for cats, the fee is $5 if spayed or neutered or $10 if they are unaltered. Pet owners age 60 and older qualify for a discounted altered dog license.

During the canvassing, IVHS community resource officers will be using their personal vehicles. However, they can be identified by their ID badge and the IVHS logo on their shirts and hats.

For more information or to renew or obtain a new pet license online, visit www.ivhsspca.org/licensing. Any questions regarding pet licensing or the canvassing effort may be directed to IVHS by calling 909-623-9777.
