Community invited to Playground Dedication Ceremony at Falls Lakeview Park

The City of Norman is excited to announce the dedication of the new playground at Falls Lakeview Park. This dedication will take place AT 5:30 P.M. on August 9, 2024.

Falls Lakeview Park, located at 3280 108th Avenue NE, has long been a beloved community space. The new playground is a testament to the city's commitment to providing safe, fun and engaging recreational spaces for children and families.

The dedication ceremony will include comments by city officials and light refreshments for all attendees. This event marks a significant milestone in the city's ongoing efforts to enhance local parks and promote outdoor activities.

"We are thrilled to open this new playground to the community," said Jason Olsen, Director of Parks and Recreation. "This project is a wonderful example of our dedication to improving public spaces and encouraging healthy, active lifestyles for our residents."
