Sign Up Now for Youth Sports Leagues!

Teamwork, discipline, positive self-image, leadership development - the benefits of youth sports are endless.

Dallas Park and Recreation Department has soccer and NFL Flag Football coed leagues for ages 4 to 14. Registration is $45 per athlete per sport. It doesn't matter if your young athlete has previous play experience! Register in person at a Dallas recreation center or click soccer and football for league information.

Start School with A Bang At Our Back-to-School Bash!

Dallas Park and Recreation makes returning to the classroom special. Back-to-school events at recreation centers will help students and families prepare for a successful year with backpack giveaways, parties, community fairs, family activities, and more!

GET ACTIVE IN AUGUST

Get active in August with the Dallas Park and Recreation Department! From August 1 - 31, transform your body with our Active in August fitness challenge. Click here to discover Active in August!

To participate, ages 13 and older can join in person at a Dallas recreation center. Registration is $25 for adults and $10 for youth and includes a Universal Fitness Center pass to all 39 City of Dallas fitness centers. Be the grand prize winner and get a one-year City of Dallas fitness membership ($270 value).

Out-of-School Time Is Learning Beyond the Classroom!

These programs provide educational and enrichment experiences, homework support, healthy snacks, opportunities to make new friends, and lots of fun! Enroll now at a Dallas Recreation! Tell Your Family's Story at City Park

Record your milestone moments from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. August 17 at Browder Springs Hall at City Park, affectionately known as Old City Park. This educational activity lets families preserve their adventures and memories with a photo and audio recording using the Dallas Public Library's mobile memory station.

Every month through December, Dallas Park and Recreation and Dallas Public Library host free family-fun activities at City Park, 1717 Gano Street, Dallas 75215.

Support Dallas Parks and Get a Free Sub!

Jersey Mike's Subs is giving back to the community with a special offer to mark the opening of its newest location at 2150 Fort Worth Ave. From August 28 to September 1, visit the new shop and get a FREE regular sub with a minimum $2 donation. All donations will support beautification projects at Annie L. Stevens Park in Oak Cliff.
