REV Awards $40,000 in Local Scholarships to Lafourche Parish High School Seniors

REV awarded $40,000 in scholarships in honor of the 40th anniversary of the company's academic scholarship program. The REV scholarship program aids graduating seniors in REV's Bayou Region service area, covering college expenses such as tuition, room and board, books and more. This year's scholarships were awarded to students from Central Lafourche High School, E.D. White Catholic High School, South Lafourche High School, and Thibodaux High School during each school's senior awards ceremonies.

Since 1984, REV has awarded 237 scholarships to graduating seniors, totaling $970,000. Over the past 40 years, many of the scholarship recipients have returned to the Bayou Region to invest back in the community.
