SCDOT to implement temporary lane closure on Clemson Road in Richland County

Columbia, S.C. (October 15, 2024)-The South Carolina Department of Transportation will implement a temporary, single-lane closure on Clemson Road in Richland County to assist with utility relocation. This closure is expected to last until December.

A map of the impacted area can be found below. Please note that businesses on Clemson Road will not lose access. Cones will be placed so that traffic will be allowed in and out of businesses. Sidewalks in the highlighted areas will also be closed.

SCDOT asks that drivers slow down and pay attention when driving through the work zone.
