Fact Check: Yvette Herrell’s Anti-Abortion Record In Her Own Words

Yvette Herrell is shamelessly lying to New Mexicans about her anti-abortion agenda and record.

Herrell also co-sponsored the Life at Conception Act which would ban abortion nationwide with no exceptions and could ban access to IVF. She has supported multiple anti-abortion bills in both the New Mexico legislature and Congress and said she was "proud" to have co-sponsored legislation calling for felony charges for abortion, even in cases of rape or incest.
