Fredonia, Ariz. - The Holiday Traditions annual holiday event on Saturday, December 7 brings out the best traditions across cultures from throughout the region.
Guests should come prepared for cool early-winter temperatures which average from 60 F to 30 F (16 C to -1 C). Activities will take place in the monument visitor center as well as outside around the grounds.
Planned Activities
The event begins at 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Victorian era crafts: holiday cards, ragdolls and more

Hot cider and donuts at the chuck wagon

Historic blacksmithing demonstration

Pioneer candle making at the woodstove

Winsor Castle decorated in 1800's style, lit by lantern light
This event is possible in part thanks to our partners at the Zion Forever Project. The Zion Forever Project book and gift store in the Pipe Spring National Monument visitor center will be open until 8:00 p.m. the night of the event. For questions about the evening, please call 928-643-7105 from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. daily.
Pipe Spring National Monument will also be recognizing the holiday season with special hours and closures allowing the staff to spend time with family.
