The New York State Thruway Authority today announced the I-90 interchange ramps at exit 49 (Depew-Lockport) will be closed overnight on Sunday, September 15. The temporary closures will allow crews to safely perform guardrail repairs.

Beginning at 10 p.m. on Sunday, September 15, through 5 a.m. Monday, September 16, the on-ramps at exit 49 will be closed to all traffic entering I-90 from Transit Road. While the closures are in place, travel will be allowed between Transit Road and the Tandem and Park and Ride lots.

Travelers can use Route 33 east to access the Thruway in either direction.
