Notice of Disposition of a Derelict Vessel - ADL 234424 - APOLLO Pleasure Craft

Please be advised that the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Abandoned and Derelict Vessel (ADV) Program plans to dispose of the vessel listed below.
Vessel Description: 35' Black Fiberglass Pleasure Craft
Vessel Name: Apollo
Vessel Number: AK# 8814AW, HIN# AKZ8814AG222
Known Ownership: Curtis Smith General Delivery- Homer, AK
Vessel Location: Homer, Alaska
Means of Disposition: The vessel will be broken up and disposed of at the landfill.
An owner or a person having a financial or security interest in the vessel may take possession of it before the date of destruction of the vessel upon payment to the state for any expenses incurred in connection with the vessel.
