Domestic in the town of St. Armand led to an arrest

On October 2, 2024, State Police members arrested Ethan C. Bullis, age 30, of Bloomingdale, NY, for assault 3rd and criminal mischief.

On October 2, 2024, at approximately 12:34 p.m., Troopers responded to Poplar Lane in the town of St. Armand for a domestic dispute. An investigation determined Bullis and the victim were involved in a verbal domestic when Bullis became more irate, throwing items, which caused a small laceration to the victim's hand, and he smashed a cell phone.

Bullis was arrested and transported to SP Ray Brook for processing. He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of St. Armand Court for a later date in October.
