With NeoCharge, Danfoss has released a powerful new offering for refrigeration facilities. This plug'and'play solution enhances the control of both new and existing systems, drastically reducing their ammonia charge and energy consumption.
For years, low-charge has been the talk of town in the refrigeration industry. But, while low-charge systems can markedly cut ammonia charge, they have been difficult to control and there has been no reliable solution for retrofitting existing systems.
Now, Danfoss provides the industry with a shortcut to low-charge.
NeoCharge is a simple yet groundbreaking solution that allows contractors and facility owners to give any type of refrigeration system low-charge capabilities.
This plug n' play solution allows facility owners to cut both ammonia charge and energy costs or expand their facility's capacity using the existing refrigeration system.
In fact, energy costs can be reduced by up to 20% compared to standard DX systems, and system capacity can be increased by up to 40% using the same ammonia charge.
