Today, at its regular meeting, the Governing Council of the Bulgarian National Bank has adopted an Ordinance amending and supplementing BNB's Ordinance No. 19 of 20 October 2016 on credit intermediaries. The Ordinance is adopted pursuant to Article 51, paragraph 3 and § 11 of the Act on Credits for Immovable Properties of Consumers. It extends the requirements for credit intermediaries by adding a new provision on the reporting data collection and measures in case of non-compliance.
