Negative Declaration

Orange County - The Town of Wawayanda Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed RDM #5 Dolson East will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application submitted by Dolsontown Road East, LLC (RDM), to the Town of Wawayanda Planning Board for approval to develop two modern, state-of-the-art warehouses with related parking, infrastructure, utilities and other site improvements. The Project consists of consolidating three (3) existing lots (tax IDs: 1-1-52.1; 1-1-4.2 and 6-1-3.2) and a lot line adjustment, which will result in two remaining lots. The parcels collectively total 48.24 acres, consisting of 36.67 acres with respect to proposed Lot 1 and 11.57 with respect to proposed Lot 2 (collectively, Project Site). The project is located on Dolsontown Road in the Town of Wawayanda, New York.
