2025 Diversity Innovation Grant Recipients Announced

The Diversity Innovation Grant (DIG) program, coordinated in partnership between the Intercultural Center and the Office of the Provost, has concluded its 2025 cycle. This year, the grants have been awarded to a diverse group of faculty, students, and staff who are driving forward bold and innovative projects that celebrate diversity, promote inclusion, and foster a more equitable campus environment. From thought-provoking art galleries to cutting-edge global education experiences, student-led programming, and influential conferences, these projects span a wide array of disciplines and initiatives that will enrich our community and promote meaningful dialogue.

Although each of the awarded programs operate as individual projects, they are aligned with the broader institutional goals of fostering an inclusive campus environment. The hands-on opportunities these initiatives will provide allow students, faculty, staff and community partners to actively engage with critical issues, while also directly making a positive impact on our campus. New this year, in addition to first-time awardees, past awardees that have taken root as high-impact traditions have been identified to receive sustained annual grants.

DIG awards are a competitive process, and scored each year by a cross-campus subcommittee of the President's Advisory Council for Diversity and Inclusion. The 2025 Diversity Innovation Grant recipients are truly at the forefront of shaping a more inclusive and vibrant campus, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact of their work.
