Monterey Park PD Encourages Community Members to Continue to Support Search Efforts

Dedicated tip line available to receive phone and email tips

The enormous outpouring of support is welcomed and encouraged by the Monterey Park Police Department as we continue our efforts to locate Alison Chao.

To better assist with the search for Alison, MPPD has established a dedicated telephone tip line of 626-307-1444 and an email address of [email protected] to assist with receiving information from the public.

Community members are asked to use this tip line and email address when submitting any new information on Alison's whereabouts.

Our utmost priority is Alison's safety. MPPD continues to follow all leads in this case. We have received cooperation from all our local, county, state and federal partners.

Alison was last seen riding her bicycle in the 4400 block of Collis Avenue, Los Angeles in the El Sereno area.

There is currently no threat to public safety and the MPPD appreciates the public for their diligent efforts and cooperation in this matter.
